An award-winning poet often featured in poetry journals in the U.S., Canada, and abroad, Carole presents her first collection of poetry, with lovely and haunting sumi-e illustrations by acclaimed Romanian artist Ion Codrescu. Inspired by her experiences living on the Northern coast of Washington, this is an insightful and moving collection.  Carole MacRury is on the board of the Tanka Society of America, and her photographs have graced the covers of prestigious haiku and tanka anthologies.
