Darwin’s Bastards is a rollercoaster ride of original short stories that feature darkly funny dystopian visions and parallel universe’s where Prince is the last man on earth or gangs of hobo philosophers invade an upscale suburb.  In award-winning novelist Timothy Taylor’s future-noir, “Sunshine City,” a murder-by-sniper baffles a gated golf republic, and in author and DJ Lee Henderson’s “The Aurochs,” a crooked curator of post-industrial antiquities is dying to retire to Mars.
