Meetings are in the Readings Gallery -- brown bag lunches are encouraged. Anyone interested in exploring their role as an engaged citizen is welcome. Forni, provides an insightful look at how we are conditioning our impulses and reactions through the course of daily habits. This book examines how we can settle in, exercise our thinking muscles and reduce the wake we leave behind when we are driven by distraction.
