Village Books is joining with Whatcom Day Academy and Explorations Academy in presenting
educator and author, Alfie Kohn, on the evening of Friday, October 9th, 7pm, at
Syre Auditorium, Whatcom Community College. Kohn is the author of eleven
books, including The Schools Our Children Deserve, the basis for the evening's talk for parents and educators.
Tickets for the event are $15 for adults and $10 for students and are available at Village Books and the
