Start off holidays in the Historic District. Both evenings enjoy all the shops and galleries with their great selections of gifts. Drinks and treats at many shops. Consider enjoying dinner in one of the several restaurants in the historic district, and please stop by Village Books' Readings Gallery to view Cindy Williamson's gorgeous art exhibit, "Wings."
 
“Wings” evokes so many ideas, concepts, and images, that words can only constrain and force into simple terms something that surely should set the imagination free. We are so pleased that Cindi Williamson, VB staff member, will be presenting a solo show around the idea of ‘wings.’ Cindi uses found objects, words, and ideas in a truly unique and bold manner. Each mixed-media piece will contain altered books, or pages out of books. (See if you can find the altered objects in each piece.) Come in and be prepared to fly!
