PRESCHOOL STORY TIME

Children ages 3 to 5 years old (and the adults in the lives) are invited to listen to a story, poem, and song at a Preschool Story Time co-sponsored by Whatcom Literacy Council and Village Books. The weekly, half hour program will begin April 24th and run through June 19th on Saturdays mornings at 10:30 in the Readings Gallery. Shannon Logan, mother of two small children, and trained WLC volunteer tutor, will read and discuss a book, sing songs, read a poem, and provide instructions for a craft parents can do with their children to continue promoting early literacy. Books will include old favorites as well as new titles. Join us!
