Death is a natural part of our time on earth together. Each of us will lose people important to us, and each of us will die. The question is not if, but when. Join Marie Eaton of WWU’s Palliative Care Institute, Sylvia Tag of WWU Libraries, and Thom Barthelmess of the Whatcom County Library System as they discuss the developmental understanding of death and loss at varied stages in children’s lives, and recommend books for varied age levels that help explore these themes.
