Whatcom READS! is a community-wide reading and discussion program intended to encourage all Whatcom County residents to read the same book and create a county-wide book club experience.
David Guterson's bestseller, Snow Falling on Cedars, is the Whatcom READS! book for 2013. Various events are happening around the community to lead up to the big events with David on February 19-20.
