Chuckanut Writers Conference is being revamped!

After two years of shifting from an in-person event to a virtual format and experiencing organizational changes during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chuckanut Writers organizing team has put a pause on the Chuckanut Writers Conference for the time being.

Under the umbrella of the Chuckanut Writers program, the Chuckanut Writers Conference has enjoyed the privilege of celebrating the literary arts in our region for eleven years. Although the conference is not currently happening, Village Books and Whatcom Community College continues our collaboration to bring the community our quarterly Chuckanut Writers workshops and courses designed to inspire and encourage writers at all stages of their writing journey.
