She is the voice behind of the popular blog, Art of Gluten-Free Baking, where she shares recipes, baking tips, and information to help others bake gluten-free treats that are indistinguishable from their wheat counterparts. She has been gluten-free since the birth of her daughter in 2000 triggered a gluten intolerance.
