The Dream Tree is a whimsical journey about a little boy, his best friend, and the gift of never-ending love of family. Join Patrick and his dog Chauncey on their adventure as they discover a treasure that grows hope, love, and dreams.
The story is inspired by a poem written by the author to her father Richard Patrick for his 80th birthday, who chose to give his children a life better than his own. That poem birthed The Dream Tree, a story based on real people and animals.
The Celtic knot represents the unending love of family and passing on that legacy and rich heritage. Search for the tiny Celtic knot hidden on most pages through the story. It's like a little treasure hunt for the reader.

Bridged Atkins grew up in Bothell, WA on an 8 acre mini farm and now resides in Ferndale, WA. She's been married to her best friend and high school sweetheart, Marty, for 33 years. They have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren as well as two orange cats, Max & Millie, and a border collie/blue heeler dog, Miss Luna Bean. Bridged's passion, since she was a little girl, was to write a children's story. Reading books to her grandson Lincoln Patrick was the little spark that made her childhood dream a reality.
The Dream Tree is the first of many stories to come!

Online registration closes one hour prior to the event. Walk-ins will be welcome if there are available spaces.
