Daniella Chace, MSc, CN, is a nationally recognized clinical practitioner, author, and educator. She is a leader in the field of medical nutrition therapy, and has written books, columns, and patient care materials, appeared on radio and television, and is the creator and host of Nutrition Matters, a health science program covering hot topics in toxicology, medicine, and nutrition, that is aired on NPR stations nationwide. She lives in Port Townsend, Washington.
