Mary von Krusenstiern is head gardener at Loganita Farms, the exclusive culinary garden for The Willows Inn on Lummi Island. When not farming, Mary enjoys playing bluegrass music with her band and spending time with her young son.

Blaine Wetzel, Head Chef of The Willows Inn on Lummi Island, began working in kitchens at age 14, and he's never stopped. A dozen years later, he has studied and apprenticed widely, notably at Rene Redzepi's noma in Copenhagen. The recipient of many honors, including a James Beard Award (Best Chef: Northwest), Blaine is committed to island and locally-sourced ingredients and the traditions of farm-to-table preparation.
