This collaborative effort chronicles the catalyst, birth, growth, and Development of the Cordata Neighborhood Association. The book narrates the changes brought to the Cordata Neighborhood and memorializes the efforts of the association's visionary founders as they advocated for that neighborhood.

Ralph Myers lives in the Cordata neighborhood and has been designated as Historian by association's board of directors. Ralph also serves on that board. He has written and published four other books prior to this one. He donated his time and talents to writing this book and thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Julianna Royal Guy, a co-founder of the Cordata Neighborhood Association for the past 18 months.
