Simple practices of breathing and mindful movement will support our discussion as we explore mindfulness from the inside out.

He is knowledgeable about mindfulness from its traditional Buddhist origins into its contemporary applications in medicine and psychology. Certified to teach several mindfulness and compassion courses, Tim founded the local non-profit Mindfulness Northwest in 2011 and offers classes, workshops, and retreats in mindfulness in Bellingham, Skagit Country, and Seattle.
