Q&A Discussion with Memoirists (virtual classroom) - September 24, $29
As part of the sixth annual Whatcom Memoir Writing Month (see Village Books and Red Wheelbarrow Writers' webpages for info), this series of workshops will help you along the way as you turn your memories into memoir. The goal for each writer is 1,666 words every day. At the end of September you will have 50,000 words: a book. You will have given shape and voice to the stories and adventures you have always wanted to share, the stories your readers want to hear. These workshops, all taught or led by experienced memoir writers and teachers, can be taken as a whole, or you can select from the individual workshops to suit your needs and schedule.
Take all four workshops and SAVE!
We will be emailing virtual classroom access two business days before your class begins; please be sure to register early to ensure you receive this important information.
Instructors: Laurel Leigh, Nancy Lou Canyon, and Cami Ostman. Class meets Thursdays, September 3-24 from 5:30-7pm, and the whole package is $99; click to register. To see the full listing of current Chuckanut Writers classes, click here.
