Join Dylan on the first evening for a discussion about his book and his experience with foraging. Guests will share dinner the first night with Dylan, which will be prepared by The Willows Inn sous chefs from locally-sourced ingredients at the Beach Store Café. Breakfast on Wednesday morning will be followed by another discussion. Guests are welcome to sign up for an optional dinner Wednesday night by widely-acclaimed James Beard Foundation Rising Star Chef nominee Blaine Wetzel in the main dining room, most recently named the Number 3 Food Lover's Hotel in America by Bon Appetit. About Dylan Tomine: Formerly a fly-fishing guide, Tomine is a conservation advocate and blueberry farmer. His written works have appeared in numerous publications, including The Flyfish Journal, The Drake, Golfweek, and The New York Times. He resides with his family on an island in the Puget Sound.
